Absolutely. We guarantee our prices for at least 12 months after purchase.

There is a full security module within MIETrak where company administrators can assign security levels for individual departments or employees. Each MIETrak user is then assigned to a security level and is also issued a unique username and password.

Unlimited access to the support desk and an allocated implementation manager are always available as part of our support service.

We have customers from both ends of the spectrum – ranging from local companies with one user to multi-national companies with over 25 users.

This varies from business to business. Most of it comes down to how much time you are able to put into the new system. Our average implementation time scale is around 3 – 6 months.
