How long have you been established?

MIE Solutions are a well established company both here in the United Kingdom and worldwide. We have over 25 years experience in the manufacturing industry and continue to be at the forefront of modern technology.

Do you have representation in other Countries?

Do we need a separate server to host MIETrak Pro?

A separate server / PC is not required for MIETrak Pro, however we do recommend some minimum specifications. Please contact us if you would like us to confirm that your hardware is suitable.

Is it possible to purchase individual modules?

We do not supply MIETrak Pro in modular format. For MIETrak Pro to run effectively we believe all of the modules need to be present. We consider our software to be affordable as a complete package.

Can the system be used on mobile devices?

Yes our software can be used on a wide range of mobile devices (subject to specification).

What accounting system is MIETrak Pro compatible with?

We are compatible with many third party packages, please contact a member of our support team for more information.

Are you able to transfer data from an existing system to MIETrak Pro?

Yes we can, please contact a member of our support team for more information.

Can we add new users at a later date?

Absolutely. We guarantee our prices for at least 12 months after purchase.

How are security / access / and remote access issues addressed?

There is a full security module within MIETrak where company administrators can assign security levels for individual departments or employees. Each MIETrak user is then assigned to a security level and is also issued a unique username and password.
